First ski day of the year
December 2nd, 2007 | by jimmcint |I just got back from my first day of the year at Alta. We got about 10″ over the last couple days but unfortunately that was 10″ of light fluffy snow over a lot of rocks. I only skied for four hours and decided to call it a day after lunch.
It felt good to be back on the skis but man do I need to get back in shape. The layoff from mountain biking to skiing always seems to get me no matter what kid of shape in after mountain bike season.
